Snowcamp will be hosted at our Bible Institute property here in upstate New York:
4230 Glendale Rd, Potterville, NY 12860
Camper Check-In will held at our Wyrtzen Center on Friday from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.
- Can we arrive early? Unfortunately, we are not able to host any campers earlier than Camper Check-In on Friday afternoon.
- What if we arrive after 5:00pm? If you arrive after 5:00pm on Friday, please check-in at the Student Service/Health and Athletic Center located in the Bollback Student Life Center.
If possible, please notify our Customer Service team ahead of time when you will be arriving by emailing customerservice@wol.org
- What is required prior to arriving at Snowcamp?
-Camp balance must be paid in full.
-All camper information must be filled in accurately. This includes: Name, date of birth, address, phone number, as well as the guardian/parents’ email address and phone number(s).

- Where do I pick my camper up?
- You can pick up your camp in the same location at camper drop off 4230 Glendale Road, Pottersville NY 12860 Sunday morning from 7:00am - 9:00am
